Three men, two aged 25 and one aged 26, have been arrested following the recovery of drugs and cash in the Newington area.
Around 11.15pm on Tuesday, 5 August, Summer City officers on foot patrol in the Lutton Place area observed three men acting suspiciously within a vehicle.
Following a search of the vehicle, a quantity of cocaine and £1,000 in cash were seized.
The two 25-year-old men have been released pending further enquiries. Enquiries are ongoing.
A 39-year-old man has been arrested and charged following the recovery of drugs with an estimated street value in excess of £347,760, in South West Edinburgh.
Around 12pm on Wednesday, 9 July 2025, officers acting on information received searched a flat in Calder Road where they found a cannabis cultivation.
The man was due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court yesterday and a report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
On Thursday 10th of April 2025, officers in South West recovered an estimated street value of £50,000 class A drugs from an address in Dumbeg Park.
This was in addition to an estimated street value of £3200 class A and class B drugs seized from an address in Stenhouse Drive earlier in the week.
Two males aged 29 and 31 have been arrested in connection with the enquiry which remains ongoing.

At round 6.30pm on Monday (7 June), Police Scotland Officers acting on intelligence stopped a Volkswagen van on the A720, Edinburgh city bypass at Old Craighall.
During a search of the vehicle, officers recovered a large quantity of heroin and cocaine as well as mixing/bulking agents.
The drugs have an estimated combined street value of £73,000. A 47-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the recovery and is due to appear before Edinburgh Sheriff Court today (Wednesday 9 June).
A full report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
