Michelin star chef Tom Kitchin is calling in to PCHP on Boswall Parkway this morning to show his support for Scotland’s oldest community health project.
Tom is supporting PCHP’s crowdfunding initiative with some tasty offers to tempt donors:
- First person to donate £1000 or more receives the Chef’s surprise Tasting Menu for two people, with matching wines, at Michelin star restaurant The Kitchin, 78 Commercial Quay, Leith
- First person to donate £250 or more receives 6 oysters and 2 glasses of champagne at Southside Scran 14-17 Bruntsfield Place, Edinburgh
- First person to donate £200 or more receives personalised and signed copies of each of Tom Kitchin’s cookbooks; From Nature to Plate, Kitchin Suppers, Meat & Game, Fish & Shelfish
