Drylaw Neighbourhood Centre needs your help!

Can you help us fill our Harvest Festival Tombola?

We’re looking for prize donations for our Harvest Festival tombola on Saturday 5th September, and we’d be so grateful for your support.

If you have any new, unused items you’d be happy to donate – such as chocolates, toiletries, bottles, gift sets, toys or other small gifts – we’d love to hear from you. Every donation, big or small, helps make our tombola a little more exciting!

Donations can be dropped off at the centre during our opening hours up to Friday 4th September.

Every penny raised on the day will go towards keeping our community activities and groups running, helping us continue to provide a welcoming space for local people.

If you’re not able to donate, sharing this post with friends and neighbours is another great way to support us. Thank you!

It’s that time of the year again – crisp air and vibrant leaves! Come celebrate Harvest Festival at Granton Community Gardens, a family-friendly event full of fun, great food, and community spirit.

When: Tomorrow 14th of September 3-6pm

Where: Granton Community Gardens on Wardieburn Road

Come celebrate the harvest season with your friends, family, and neighbours. There’s something for everyone!

Drylaw’s Harvest Festival

Our Harvest Festival is drawing nearer! Everyone cross your fingers for this beautiful weather to stay for the day

We’ll be sharing more details over the coming weeks, so keep your eyes peeled.

We have some fantastic things planned with organisations from North Edinburgh. Lots for the kids and adults too.

Plus a free lunch and lots of free food from Tummies Not Trash on the day!

Granton Castle Walled Garden’s Harvest Festival

Save the date! Come and enjoy all of the abundance in our garden on the 23rd September.

If you want to bring your own fruit and veg to share and show off then please do!

There will be wonderful singing led by Penny Stone from 2:30-3:30pm so be sure not to miss it, our singing at our wassailing earlier in the year has worked wonderfully on our apple trees!

There will be a garden tour, produce to take home, berry picking, refreshments and good chat. Our gardener @alex.juliette will also have some drop spindles to try your hand at wool spinning in preparation for autumn.

Lots to see and do, share around with your family and friends and we hope to see you there!
