Our Young People’s Committee have chosen to participate in a sponsored ‘Phone and Social Media Holiday’ to raise money to put towards the cost of hosting community activities for the young people in North Edinburgh such as The Quest and The Saturday Night Chill. Robin McAlpine, director of The Common Weal – a vision for a better Scotland, is speaking at an event organised by the Power to the People group taking place this morning at Royston Wardieburn Community Centre.
