Women Supporting Women warmly welcome all women living locally to our monthly Drop-In on Friday 6 September, 10 am – 12 noon!
This month we are pleased to welcome mindfulness practitioner Gwen Bedley, who will guide us through an introduction to mindfulness. We’ll explore ways to calm our thoughts and become more aware of our senses to feel more relaxed.
Drop-Ins are free and a great way to meet other women. Enjoy a chat and a cuppa! A free crèche is provided (please book crèche spaces in advance by phoning 0131 551 1671).
