Scottish SPCA issues appeal after two cats poisoned

The Scottish SPCA is appealing for information after two cats have been poisoned on Taylor Place in Dalkeith. Scotland’s animal welfare charity was alerted after a cat had to be put to sleep and another, on the same street, took ill after ingesting anti-freeze.
