Police: Have you seen Jack?

POLICE are appealing for the public’s help to trace 20-year-old Jack Beedie who has been reported missing in Aberdeen.

Jack was last seen around 1pm on Friday, 27 March, 2026, at Aberdeen Bus Station and was reported missing on Sunday, 12 April. It is believed he may have travelled to either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

He is described as white, around 5ft 8in tall, of slim build, with short dark hair. When last seen he was wearing a brown jacket, blue jeans, and brown hiking boots.

Sergeant James Dainton said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for Jack’s welfare and would urge anyone who may have seen him, or who has any information that could assist, to come forward.

“If you think you can help, please contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 2564 of 12 April.”

Missing: Have you seen Anthony?

Police are increasingly concerned for the welfare of Anthony Duffy, last seen in the Stevenson Drive area on 17th March 2026.

Anthony is 25 years old, white, bald head with a beard, slim build. If you have seen or heard from him please call 101 and quote incident number 1728 of 25/03/26. Thank you.

Have you seen Tyrone?

POLICE are appealing for help to trace Tyrone Nicholson, 54, who has been reported missing from Edinburgh.

Tyrone was last seen in the Restalrig area around 2.30pm on Friday, 20 March, 2026.

He is described as white, 6ft 2in tall, with short brown hair.

Inspector Iona Cory said: “We’re concerned for Tyrone’s welfare and are urgently trying to trace him to ensure he’s safe and well.

“Officers are carrying out a number of enquiries but I’m also asking for the public’s help. Do you know Tyrone and have any information on where he might be? Or do you think you’ve seen him since Friday afternoon? If you do, please come forward.

“Tyrone, if you see this appeal, please make contact with police so we can ensure you’re safe and well.”

Missing man: Have you seen Ellis?

ELLIS HAS BEEN FOUND

Police in Edinburgh are appealing for information to help trace 20-year-old Ellis Peak, who has been reported missing.

Ellis was last seen in the Carrick Knowe Drive area, around 11.30pm on Thursday, 12 March, 2026, and there are significant concerns for his welfare.

He is described as around 5ft 10 and medium build, with very short red hair.

Inspector Alastair Paisley said: “We are appealing for anyone with information on Ellis’s whereabouts to come forward.

“If you believe you can assist our enquiries to trace him, please call police on 101, quoting incident 0970 of 16 March, 2026.”

Have you seen Neil?

NEIL HAS BEEN TRACED

POLICE are appealing for help to trace 41-year-old Neil Fordyce, reported missing from the Gyle area. Neil was last seen in the North Bughtlinside area around 11.15am yesterday – Sunday, 15 March, 2026.

He is described as white, around 5ft 10in tall, of medium to stocky build, with a red beard. When last seen, he was wearing a black jacket, a black body warmer, a blue jumper, black tracksuit bottoms, and light blue trainers.

Sergeant Karen Durham said: “Concerns for Neil are growing and enquiries to trace him are ongoing.

“We are appealing to anyone who may have seen him to come forward.

“Anyone with information on where Neil may be is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting reference 2086 of Sunday, 15 March, 2026.”

Can You Help? Police appeal to trace 30-year-old Patryk Michalak

POLICE in Edinburgh are appealing for information to help trace 30-year-old Patryk Michalak. He was last seen around 7.20pm on Sunday, 8 March, 2026, in the Ferry Road Place area.

Patryk wears glasses and has a beard. He was last seen wearing a three-quarter length dark woollen jacket, a blue hooded top underneath with black leather sports shoes and dark tracksuit bottoms. He was carrying a dark coloured backpack.

Police Sergeant Tom Archer said: “We are growing increasingly worried for the welfare of Patryk and would appeal to anyone who knows his whereabouts to get in contact with us.”

Missing Man: Have you seen Brian?

UPDATE +++ BRIAN HAS BEEN TRACED +++

POLICE are appealing for the assistance of the public to trace 72-year-old Brian Johnstone, who has been reported missing from his home in South Gyle.

Brian was last in contact with his family around 10.45am on Sunday, 15 February, 2026. He is described as white, around 6ft and bald.

Inspector Graham Belfall said: “It is completely out of character for Brian to go missing. His family and police are becoming increasingly concerned for his safety and wellbeing.

“Enquiries and searches are ongoing throughout the Edinburgh area and places he is known to visit, including Cramond. Officers are keen to trace him as soon as possible to ensure he is safe.

“I would urge anyone who has seen Brian, or who has any information regarding his whereabouts to contact 101, quoting incident number 1413 of 15 February.”

Brian Johnstone, who was reported missing from Edinburgh on Sunday, 15 February, 2026, has been traced. Thanks to those who shared our appeal.

Missing Man: Body Found

Around 10.15pm on Thursday, 12 February, 2026, the body of a man was found near Cockburnspath, East Lothian.

Formal identification is yet to take place, however, the family of Gary Hill, 56, who was reported missing from the area on Monday, 9 February, 2026, has been informed.

The death is being treated as unexplained but is not believed to be suspicious.

A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

Missing Man: Have You Seen James?

POLICE are appealing for assistance in tracing 24-year-old James Humble, who has been reported missing from Edinburgh.

James was last seen in the Dalkeith Road area around 7.35pm on Wednesday, 4 February, 2026.

He is described as white, around 5ft 10ins and of slim build with blond hair. He was wearing a dark-green jacket.

Sergeant Joe Perkins said: “We are extremely concerned for James’ wellbeing and officers are carrying out enquiries and searches to trace him as soon as possible, to ensure that he is safe and well.

“If you have seen James, or have any information regarding his whereabouts, please contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident number 2963 of Wednesday, 4 February.”
