All city council schools and nurseries CLOSED today

Due to weather conditions, all City of Edinburgh Council-operated nurseries and primary, secondary and special schools will be CLOSED today. The council will continue to monitor weather updates for later in the week.

All Edinburgh College campuses are also closed and they too will update bout the situation for tomorrow later today

Much ado as Edinburgh College students take theatre costume exhibition to Stirling

Edinburgh College photography graduate explores Remains of the Past in new exhibition

An Edinburgh College Photography graduate is showcasing her award-winning historically themed portrait work in a new exhibition. Remains of the Past, an exhibition by Leesa Tulloch, features contemporary portraits shot in the style of historical paintings. The free exhibition opened at the Creative Exchange in Edinburgh last night and runs until Thursday 8 February. Great Stuff! Students donate Christmas stockings to local children

A group of Edinburgh College students have been busy stuffing stockings full of gifts to deliver to local children in time for Christmas. The Entry to Learning students undertook The Great Stocking Stuff in aid of Children 1st Hardengreen to provide gifts to local children who may otherwise receive very little at Christmas time.
