Your chance to win uniquely Scottish prizes and support the Heart of Scotland appeal

National charity Heart Research UK has launched a very special prize draw as part of the Heart of Scotland appeal, a fundraising campaign to tackle heart disease, Scotland’s single biggest killer.

There are six fantastic prizes up for grabs, with the top prize an exclusive cooking experience with Chef Tom Kitchin in Edinburgh, followed by a seasonal tasting menu and wine for two.

Also on offer are a VIP day at a Scottish racecourse, a getaway at Portavadie Hotel, Loch Fyne with breakfast, tickets to see the critically acclaimed Jamie Cullum live in concert in Glasgow, a mountain safari experience in Perthshire and a family Scottish Whisky Experience tour in Edinburgh.

With Christmas just around the corner, raffle tickets for this great cause make the perfect stocking filler for family and friends, or as a Christmas thank you to your employees.

Money raised will be used by Heart Research UK to invest in medical research in Scottish hospitals and universities, helping to take on heart disease in Scotland. Currently, 41 people die from cardiovascular disease in Scotland every day.

Kate Bratt-Farrar, Chief Executive of Heart Research UK, said: “The Heart of Scotland appeal is all about raising money to tackle heart disease here in Scotland.

“It’s also about celebrating Scottish hearts and sharing all the wonderful things that this country has to offer, so we’re delighted to be offering these amazing prizes.

“It is vital that we are proactive in funding ground-breaking medical research which helps to benefit patients and others affected by heart disease every day.

“A huge thank you to everyone who donated prizes, and good luck to everyone that buys tickets.”

The raffle will close on the 10th of January 2020, with the winner drawn and announced shortly after.

Raffle tickets are only £1 each or £5 for a book of five and can be purchased at: https://heartofscotland.org.uk/ways_to_support/prize-draw/
