Granton Goes Greener: Litter Pick this Saturday

SATURDAY 21st MARCH 11am – 1pm

We are very excited about our next Litter Picking event this Saturday (21/03). This time we will be focusing on Granton Crescent Park, across the road from the Salvation Army.

Huge THANK YOU to R2 for their support with the litter picking equipment.

Tea/coffee and snacks provided.

It is a family friendly event so we would welcome young litter pickers as well as well behaved dogs

Granton Goes Greener: Beach Litter Pick this Saturday

Our Beach Cleaning event is only few days away

Great opportunity to start October break and do something for the environment💚💚💚

We will be meeting by a green feather flag at the Brick Beach across the road from the Friends of Granton Castle Walled Garden and next to the pitt on Saturday 12/10 at 11 am.

Free picnic after the event.

Cramond Association organises community litter pick weekend

LITTER PICK!

The Cramond Association is organising a Cramond, Barnton and Cammo community litter picks on 7 and 8 September!

Saturday 7 September, meet at 2pm at the Haugh Park children’s playground on Brae Park Road

Sunday 8 September, meet at 10am in the public carpark for Cramond Beach.

Everyone is welcome! Equipment provided, please wear a Hi-Vis vest if you have one.

Bring a drink for afterwards, we will provide the biscuits!

Brick Beach Litter Pick

FRIDAY 9 AUGUST from 3 – 5pm

We are very excited to be organising another rubbish picking event at the Brick Beach ( this is the Beach across the road from Friends of Granton Castle Walled Garden) next Friday 9 August between 3 and 5 PM💚💚💚.

We will have enough rubbish pickers for everyone and a picnic with some delicious food provided. Huge THANK YOU to R2 for supporting this event and enabling us to buy more rubbish pickers.

Really happy to have some colleagues from Communities’ Reduce Reuse & Recyclejoining us on the day.

Water of Leith litter pick this Saturday

GRANTON Goes Greemer are very excited to be involved in another rubbish picking event organised by Edinburgh and Lothians Regional Equality Council (ELREC)💚💚💚

This time, we will be working around Water of Leith and the meeting point is off Coburg Street, opposite Ostara Caf, this Saturday (29/04) between 11 am and 1:30 PM.

We should have enough rubbish pickers for everyone, but you are welcome to bring your own!
