New Board Members required
Granton Information Centre (GIC) has provided independent professional advice on welfare rights, debt and housing for more than thirty years.
Our service is delivered from our base on West Granton Road and at outreach locations across some of the poorest parts of Edinburgh – at medical practices, in community centres and at homeless units.
GIC is overseen by a Board of Directors, a small team of volunteers who generally meet every six weeks. We are now looking to boost our team by recruiting new members to join the Board.
While specific skills are welcome, they are not essential. We’re looking for enthusiastic team players committed to social justice; people who would like to help GIC support some of the most vulnerable people in our city. Could that be you?
