Good moos: there’s a new gin in town!

The Wee Farm Distillery in Climpy, South Lanarkshire has launched Drovers Gin – the perfect gin to accompany steak due to its clean refreshing taste and special ingredients of allspice and pink peppercorns.

The one woman operation was established in March 2018 by Jenny McKerr and is based on their small livestock farm just outside Forth.  Drovers Gin celebrates the spirit of Scottish farming and the resilience showing by many farmers over the years, even as far back as the days of the Drovers.

It is currently the only known micro distillery in South Lanarkshire and has put the small mining town of Forth on the Gin map.

Drovers Gin had its first outing at the Juniper Festival in Edinburgh over the weekend and not only was the feedback fantastic, but it sold out!

There’s plenty more exciting gin products to come from The Wee Farm Distillery!
