Change the World! Free event in Scottish Parliament

Change the World! – Saturday 12 May from 2 – 3.30pm (GABI URY EVENT)

The Scottish Parliament is offering a unique opportunity to attend a FREE interactive session with world-renowned negotiator William Ury (above) and his daughter Gabi.

Over the past 35 years, William Ury has served as a mediator in a range of conflicts across the globe. His book on the power of negotiation, Getting To Yes, has sold 15 million copies.  Gabi Ury, who was born with VATER syndrome which affects her spine, limbs and internal organs, has overcome a series of major surgeries to become an inspiring public speaker, and currently holds the world record for the longest abdominal plank.

Together, this father/daughter team are offering a rare but unmissable session aimed at young people.  Learn how to become a better listener, ask questions, and pick up key life skills from two incredible communicators.
