Edinburgh College will welcome the Great British Barber Bash (GBBB) team next week as it brings its latest tour to Scotland’s capital. ‘Modern Barbering’ will be held at the college’s Granton campus on Tuesday 24 April from 6pm.
Tom Baxter, Ollie Foster and Paul Barbercode from the GBBB will give a three hour live demonstration of the latest barbering techniques and give tips and advice on the latest cuts and trends to all who attend.
Hairdressing, Beauty and Complementary Therapies curriculum manager, Frances Bain, said: “We can’t wait to welcome the talented GBBB team to Edinburgh College. Their live demonstrations bring real flair and energy and you can see the barbers’ passion for their work – I think that’s fantastic and inspirational for our students to see.
“I hope we see as many students and local businesses come along to see first-hand the skills these guys have – it’s a great opportunity for aspiring barbers and experienced professionals to network and learn new skills from the GBBB team.”
