Barker College Choir and String Orchestra from Sydney, Australia, will perform in Edinburgh tomorrow (Monday) as part of their concert tour of the UK and France. They will be giving a Christmas concert at Canongate Kirk a 7:30pm (153 Canongate). The concert is free of charge and everyone is welcome. Homeless people allocated empty homes
Around 275 permanent housing association and council homes are to be provided to homeless people living in Edinburgh. This is in addition to over a thousand social lets already provided to homeless people each year.
