Carers are invited to VOCAL’s next Caring in the City event at West Pilton Neighbourhood Centre from 10am-4pm on Wednesday 10th May.
Caring in the City events are a chance for unpaid carers to find out about some of the organisations, support and services available locally and ways to look after their own health and wellbeing.
As well as stalls by local organisations, there is a programme of workshops including stress management, meditation, short breaks, ‘Alcohol and me’ and more! It’s all free, no booking is required and refreshments are available so just drop in throughout the day and say hello.
