Inverleith Neighbourhood Partnership to meet on 30 January

The next meeting of Inverleith Neighbourhood Partnership will take place on Monday 30 January at 6.30pm in Stockbridge Church, Saxe Coburg Street.

As well as regular business, the theme of discussion will be a ‘Waste and Cleansing Service Overview’.  Why not come along and hear about improvements that the city council is making in our waste and cleansing service and give feedback on the issues that are important to you?

There will also be an opportunity to discuss the possibility of a Car Free Day in September in one or more of our streets, to celebrate World Car Free Day. The day encourages motorists to give up their cars for a day, promoting cycling and walking, and celebrating our local space with community events or activities. Raeburn Place was suggested and is being looked at, but if you have any other suggestions, please let us know and come along on the night.
