Three people have been charged following a planned protest in Edinburgh.
Officers attended the event at Regent Terrace on the afternoon of Saturday, 31 October, 2026.
On Friday, 6 November, 2026, two women and man were charged in connection with terrorism offences relating to supporting a proscribed organisation.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
Extensive enquiries remain ongoing to identify people seen wearing t-shirts and holding banners showing support for a proscribed organisation.
Evidence is being reviewed and further action will be taken as appropriate.
