Sustainable Community Family Fun Day

Saturday 21 September 12 noon – 3pm

Family Fun Day with lots of FREE exciting environmental workshops including making shopping bags from up-cycled fabric, paper coasters making, bike repairing, baby and toddler interactive session, tombola, table top sale and much more.

FREE food , tea/ coffee served all day. Join us to celebrate SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY DAY, learn more about up-cycling and have some fun day with your family and friends!

TODAY: Granton Goes Greener School Swap Shop

On the 2nd August Swap Shop will be open between 10am – 6pm and we will be concentrating on getting all the children ready for school.

Bring any school shoes, bags and uniforms, which you do not need, but someone else could still use.

Tea/ coffee, biscuits and soup provided. It is a FREE event, no booking required.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO SWAP ANYTHING, just come and collect any free school uniforms you need. We are very grateful to all our volunteers for their hard work – and Balerno High School and Granton Primary for their generous donations!

 A new project to help people save money while helping to tackle climate change in the Granton community is to launch this month. Granton Goes Greener will be officially launched by local MP Deirdre Brock on Saturday 30 June, between 12 noon and 3pm at Granton Parish Church.
