It’s time for the last Pitt on Pitt Street!

TONIGHT and tomorrow we’re open on Pitt Street for the final time ahead of our move to Granton. See what’s on – below!

Friday (Ceilidh only)

Saturday
12pm – 6pm Free entry to food stalls and bar
6pm Doors open for the ceilidh
8pm Tunes from The Dance Bandits

Food and drink from our residents (Spot., Free the Chilli, The Buffalo Truck, Ròst, Barnacles & Bones, Barney’s) and guests (Goodtimes Tacos, The Peruvian, The Funnel Cake Co.) will be served both days!

Also expect to see the familiar face of Wacky Winyl with us.

Halloween costumes are very welcome!

Earth in Common: Re’Bel-Tane event

☀️Are you ready for our next big event? We certainly are!

💚 Celebrate RE’BEL-TANE with us on April 30th! We have a number of exciting family friendly activities lined up for you, head to our website (link in bio) to take a closer look at what you can expect.

We are also super excited to have our beloved Hingabootery Café back open and running again which means we will be able to cater to all your coffee, tea and ice cream needs 🍦

Croft Coorie-in all set for Saint Andrew’s special!

We’re very excited for our next Croft Coorie-in which will take place on November 27th at Leith Community Croft ✨

From 11am we will have flea market stalls, (email greta@earth-in-common.org for a stall), a whittling workshop (sign up: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/…/introduction-to…), as well as a crafting corner ✂️

From 3pm we will have a Ceilidh with wonderful ‘Flaming Nora’ 🎶🎻 – we can’t wait to have a boogie together, so make sure to save the date!

Come along to the LifeCare Ceilidh for an evening of fabulous music and dancing from the Science Ceilidh Band.

There are hot snacks and a fully stocked bar. We will also be holding a raffle with fabulous prizes.

All proceeds of the ceilidh and raffle will go towards providing the best expert care for older people and those with dementia in Edinburgh.

Sheila Dhariwal of Galerie Mirages holds fundraiser ceilidh

A committee of Edinburgh women, including local businesswoman Sheila Dhariwal of Galerie Mirages and Trishna Singh OBE, are holding a Ceilidh for South Sudan at Stockbridge House, Edinburgh on Saturday the 29th September 2018 to raise funds to help young refugees from South Sudan, who are affected by Africa’s longest-running civil war, access education.
