Edinburgh Wellbeing Festival returns to the Assembly Rooms on 1st & 2nd February 2020.
Expect yoga, Pilates and high intensity classes, plus talks around plant-based eating, zero waste, fitness, mindfulness and mental health, and tasters and workshops on everything from sound baths to kombucha making. Our Wellbeing Marketplace will once again offer the latest wellness products, health advice, mini treatments and delicious food.
