The popular Parliament House: The Hidden Gem exhibition returns for the Festival season, opening today (Friday 3 August, 2018).
The show, which runs as part of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, will be open weekdays only, Monday to Friday, 10:30 to 16:00 as Venue 402 from Friday 3 August to Doors Open Day on 29 September.
The free exhibition provides an intriguing look back through Scotland’s legal and political heritage telling the remarkable story behind Scotland’s highest courts.
Discover the place where Sir Walter Scott worked as a lawyer and the great cases of the day were heard.
More than 5,000 people visited the exhibition, which features colourful, life-size panels on the history, traditions and work of Scotland’s Supreme Courts, last year.
