Join us on Wednesday 9 September, 11.30am – 3pm at North Edinburgh Arts for a warm, welcoming afternoon of enterprise and employability support, practical advice, and inspiring stories from local entrepreneurs.
Everyone’s welcome, drop in for all of it, or just the parts that interest you.
What to expect:
Wednesday 9 September
11.30am – 12.00pm
Welcome tea and coffee, Local Makers’ Market and information stalls from Business Gateway, Capital City Partnership, Elevator, and Firstport
12.00pm – 1.15pm
Screening of ‘Create Community Wealth’ documentary film followed by a short discussion led by filmmaker, Bob Winton
1.15pm – 2.00pm
Lunch (soup and sandwiches) and a chance to chat, meet new people and find out more about support available
2.00pm – 3.00pm
Panel discussion focused on practical guidance, honest reflections, and real-life experiences of starting and developing projects, businesses and social enterprise
