FetLor seeks support for Summer Programme

PIG RACE NIGHT – 6th JUNE

We are a group of parents and carers of the young people who attend FetLor Youth Club, and we are organising a Pig Race Night on 6th June to raise funds for an exciting summer programme for our young people.

Our aim is to raise £2,000, which will cover 20% of the expected summer programme costs and help provide planned activities, outings, and memorable experiences throughout the summer holidays.

We are currently looking for:

  1. Businesses to sponsor one of our races for £50
  2. Raffle prize donations from local businesses
  3. General donations towards our fundraising target

There are also fun ways for people to get involved on the night by naming, vetting, training, or owning a pig for £2.50, as well as purchasing raffle tickets for £1 per strip.

You will also see from the attachment we are hoping to have some friendly competition between the 3 main fast-food restaurants in the area where lots of our Young People visit – Nandos, Burger King and McDonalds.

Further information can be found by emailing TraciGaven@hotmail.com or by contacting Traci on 07961 751617.
