  1. how should people manage their emotions when being bullied or worse -AND there is nowhere to go to get help or get advice from??|EDINBURGH needs a Law Center succh as the Govan law ctr.Its a captial city and tO get legal advice is impossible. Particularily if the advice needed is about behaviour of those in power???
