Lothian MSP Miles Briggs is participating in In The Dog House 2019 to support the work of Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home.
Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home are an Edinburgh based charity that rehome dogs and cats.
There are a number of ways people can support the charity, based on Seafield Road, including sponsorship of an animal and volunteering.
Miles Briggs MSP has reached his target of £500 which will go directly to rehoming dogs and cats in Edinburgh, but people can still donate at www.everydayhero.co.uk/event/inthedoghouse2019.
Miles Briggs, Scottish Conservative Lothian MSP, said: “The Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home do excellent work rehoming dogs and cats who don’t have a home.
“I am participating in In The Dog House 2019 to support the charity and raise money to help them continue to rehome dogs and cats.”
