Stars old and new set to take the stage at the Usher Hall this Autumn

Some of the biggest names in rock and pop music, from 80s legends to current chart-toppers, are coming to Edinburgh’s Usher Hall this Autumn.

The Autumn gig season highlights exactly why the Usher Hall is one of the best places to catch the biggest names in music, from modern popstars to veteran legends.

Scottish megastar Lewis Capaldi skyrockets into the Usher Hall this December for one of his last dates of 2019, a year in which his career truly took off to fantastic heights. This follows a mammoth tour stemming from the US to Europe, and Capaldi is set to bring his chart-topping hits ‘Bruises’ and ‘Someone You Loved’ to the home-country audience. This intimate gig follows 2 sold-out dates at this year’s Summer Sessions in Princes Street Gardens and Capaldi is sure to have the crowd buzzing with excitement

2019 has also been a smash hit year for Norwegian popstar Sigrid, who hits the Usher Hall stage in November following the release of her debut album ‘Sucker Punch’ in March. Sigrid’s unique sound will no doubt satisfy the many Scottish fans waiting to see her in Edinburgh.

Irish singer-songwriter Hozier is set to delight the Edinburgh crowd as he belts out songs like 2013 chart-topper ‘Take Me to Church’ while KEANE will bring some 2000s nostalgia to the stage in October, with songs like ‘Somewhere Only We Know’ sure to get the crowd going. Bill Callahan will also be playing in October to celebrate the release of ‘Shepherd in a Sheepskin Vest’, his first album in six years.

Synthopop superstar MARINA brings her Love + Fear tour to Edinburgh this Autumn. 2019 saw the release of her 4th studio album, ‘Love + Fear’, so MARINA has plenty of material to get the crowd up on their dancing feet all night. From co-writing songs on his newest album with Bob Dylan and Kylie Minogue, to playing all over the world, you can see for yourself why Jack Savoretti is one of Britain’s best folk-rock performers when he plays the Usher Hall on 15th November.

Scottish songbird Emeli Sandé makes a pit stop in Edinburgh on 17 November. The multi-platinum, chart-topping singer will hit the Usher Hall stage to sing material from her three albums, including best-selling 2012 release ‘Our Version of Events’. Her soulful voice will be sure to light up her home crowd.
