Come along on Monday 29th July 7-9pm in Muirhouse Millennium Community Centre’s self contained Annex to get support and break the stigma of Men’s Mental Health.
It is run by Marc Hutton and named after his neighbour who sadly took his own life. It is also supported by one the best Military Charity Organisations WHO DARES CARES. This is a much needed group held in the heart of our local community so come along for a chat, support and a refreshing cuppa with like minded people.
Let’s break the stigma surrounding Men’s Mental Health and shine a light on it – and this group is the best place to start.
