Take part in a new story-sharing group led by author Eleanor Thom! CITIZEN is a new programme exploring what neighbourhood, community and home mean today, by asking the people who know best – you.
Come together with other local residents in this weekly group meeting to talk and share, make, write and record – we want you to tell your story in your own way.
Along the way you’ll meet writers and artists, and have the chance to create events to take place at North Edinburgh Arts and at the Edinburgh International Book Festival, the largest event of its kind in the world.
Attendance is free, just bring paper and a pen, or a laptop or tablet – whatever you want to use to get creative. There’s no need to register, just come along!
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided. Everyone’s welcome.
