Prezzo’s new set menu promises hearty yet healthy dishes to keep you warm through Winter

 

 

 

Christmas is over, so the stuffing-your-face-and-not-feeling-one-bit guilty-about-it season has officially passed. But even though it’s still bitterly cold and your body needs more energy to keep warm, we all want to feel great again, so it’s time for guilt-free indulgence.

Prezzo’s new set menu has been carefully crafted with all your favourites, all made with love, and less calories, to help you feel lighter on your feet, and help you get through dry (or wet) January.

The classic Caprese Salad (above) is a firm favourite on the menu, the lowest calorie starter, at only kcal 241. There’s also a whole range of salads to choose from, including the healthy yet hearty Puy Lentil Roasted Beetroot and Butternut Squash Salad,or Oak Smoked Salmon Salad,both at under 350 calories. Satisfying, delicious and light.

If you’re looking for something with a little more protein to go hand in hand with your gym-Jan, the Chargrilled chicken breast with mushrooms is the perfect low cal, high protein meal, making it the perfect post workout treat. Try it with a side of Tenderstem Broccoli and Caulifloweror a Rocket Salad for a fresh, low cal addition to your meal.

For those starting the new year getting fit and training for the London Marathon, or those just looking for a real feel good meal, the Spaghetti Carbonara is a great option with just 691 calories. The perfect fuel to keep you going through the rest of this seemingly never-ending Winter.

And of course, you can’t forget the Italian staple, pizza. Treat yourself to a light pizza and enjoy all the flavour with none of the guilt. Choose from Chicken Primavera or Goats Cheese and Aubergine,both under 560 calories, served as a smaller portion with a side salad.
