Monster delivery from Loch Ness!
Granton Hub took delivery of a massive tree trunk earlier this week. The 9m log, which comes from the shores of Loch Ness, will be transformed into an Iron Age logboat by a group of local people using traditional boat-building tools and skills.
The work, in collaboration with The School of Ancient Crafts, starts on Saturday morning and is expected to take all summer – if you’d like to get involved or find out more, contact projects@grantonhub.org
