Doug Monro, co-founder of Adzuna, explains: “After a sustained period of stagnation, advertised salaries are finally showing stable signs of positive movement. Advertised pay is growing both year-on-year and month-on-month, reflecting a healthy picture. With six months of continuous growth under our helps, the signs are there that employers are starting to recover the confidence to pay higher salaries for top talent.”
“The number of advertised vacancies, however, has seen more fluctuations and employers and jobseekers alike with have their hopes set on a more stable second half of 2018 for recruitment.”
