Ferry Road motorbike hit and run victim Cameron visited Drylaw Police Station yesterday and received gifts from local officers and a bravery award from area commander Chief Inspector Stevie Sutherland.
The ten year old Ferryhill pupil is still using a wheelchair following the incident on 19 August but he continues to make a good recovery.
Chief Inspector Stevie Sutherland said: “It is great to see this brave young man on the mend. Thanks to help from the local community the perpetrators are now in jail awaiting trial. Keep the information coming and we will stop them.”
