Eyes teeth down in Muirhouse!
Bingo players are quite a superstitious lot and many take along a lucky charm or two when playing a game. Lucky coins, lucky charms and lucky pens are all very common … but lucky teeth?
Muirhouse Millennium Centre’s Jim McGinty explained: “Jackie’s bingo session attracted a total of 58 participants last Wednesday night. Thursday morning saw a lady come into the centre to claim something she left behind – a pair of teeth! Yes, TEETH! We suppose she discovered the loss at supper time, but it was all smiles when she was reunited with them!”
Eyes down for a full mouth, maybe?
