Northview Court assault: man charged

A 33-year-old man has been arrested and charged with assault to severe injury after a 28-year old man was found seriously assaulted at Northview Court last Saturday (8 November).

He has also been charged with a separate and unconnected serious assault that took place on Elm Row on 28 October.

The man is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court.
