Today we launch our 2020 Social Impact Report, it shows how charities and social enterprises are using our loans to make a difference to the world around them. The aim of Charity Bank is to leave these organisations in a stronger position, both financially, and in terms of their ability to carry out their mission. Last year, 67 borrowers used a new Charity Bank loan to support their mission. Some used their loan to expand services and reach more people. Others used it to improve their financial stability by reducing their reliance on grant funding, increasing their assets or cutting their outgoings, putting them in a stronger position to help local communities for many years to come. We invite you to look inside our report and find out more. |
