The Fight Bladder Cancer charity are holding two events in Edinburgh to increase knowledge and awareness about bladder cancer.
Saturday 11th May 2019 at 1.00pm – Awareness Event outside the Scottish Parliament
Sun 19th May 2019, 1.00pm – 3.30pm – Information stall in Gyle Shopping Centre, Edinburgh.
The charity aims to improve awareness and knowledge of bladder cancer and its symptoms amongst medical professionals and members of the public.
Miles Briggs, Lothian MSP, said: “Bladder cancer is a cancer that is affecting more people of all ages. It is important to raise awareness of the symptoms of bladder cancer amongst the public as well as medical professionals.
“I strongly encourage anyone who is free to attend either the Awareness Event outside the Scottish Parliament or the information stall in the Gyle Shopping Centre.”
