Still time to make a difference in Muirhouse Salvesen

21stChomes

Nominations are still open for seven places on Muirhouse Salvesen Community Council, but time is running out – nominations close on Wednesday 30 March, so don’t leave it too late!

The regeneration of the area is well underway, there’s lots going on and there are also lots of exciting changes on the horizon. As a community councillor you can play a leading role in helping to shape the future of your community – this is a great opportunity to make a difference in your neighbourhood and represent the views of local people.

If you are interested in joining, you must be over 16 years of age and on the electoral roll for the community council area.

The closing date for nominations is 30 March 2016. Visit the City of Edinburgh Council’s website, or call 0131 469 5656 for more details of how to apply.

If there are more candidates than places on the community council, an election will be held on 25 April 2016.
