Award for Port of Leith’s Culture Club programme

The Chartered Institute of Housing Scotland Awards saw Port of Leith Housing Association be named winner of the Excellence in Organisational Change Award for its “Culture Club” programme.

The “Culture Club” involved all staff working together to agree a set of behavioural values to live by at work: innovation, support, respect, inclusion and honesty.

Keith Anderson, Chief Executive at Port of Leith Housing Association, said: “We are very proud of the effort all our staff have invested in creating a positive culture working here at Port of Leith Housing Association.

“Becoming even better at demonstrating our values of respect, honesty, inclusion, support and innovation is what we will continue to do, positively challenging ourselves to live up to them in future. Winning this award is the icing on the cake for us.”

The Awards took place on Friday night at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow.
