Help ma Boab! Cut out copper nicked in Granton!

A life-size cut-out of a police officer used to deter drivers from speeding has been stolen from a busy North Edinburgh street.

The cardboard policeman, nicknamed Pop-up Bob, has been used by communities for four years to try to cut offending.

It (he? – Ed)  was stolen from Lower Granton Road between 2.15 and 4.00pm on Sunday afternoon and police are appealing for witnesses.
