ELREC, in partnership with Drummond Community High School, is organising an event in support of refugees in Edinburgh & Lothians on Tuesday 6 December 2016, from 5pm to 7pm at Drummond Community High School, 41 Bellevue Place, Edinburgh, EH7 4BS.
The purpose of the event is to develop, organise and run a community engagement event in order to facilitate a discussion between agencies and organisations with asylum seekers and refugees in order to hear from the refugees first-hand about their actual circumstances and needs and find the gaps in services available to them in Scotland.
We would regard it as a great honour if you attend the event, as your presence will greatly enrich this community event. The event will include inspirational speeches, musical performances by pupils from Drummond High school and refreshments.
