Centre’s a home from home for MHA!
Muirhouse Millennium Community Centre had a particularly busy Thursday with our normal programme and THREE separate bookings for one of our partners, Muirhouse Housing Association (MHA) (writes James McGinty).
Firstly the MHA had their morning meeting with their tenants – a consultation on the proposed rent rise, with very positive thumbs up from the many who attended.
After returning to their normal duties at their office next door, the staff returned to the Centre to undergo more training, as is the trademark of the Association. Facilitating the training today was Dr. Thomas Mitchell from Wylie Bisset and was based on Risk Management.
In the evening session the MHA Committee held their regular monthly meeting. A rewarding day for all at Muirhouse Housing Association and their tenants!
