A welcome break in the wet weather proved to be perfect timing for the Community BBQ at North Edinburgh Arts Centre on Saturday. Over one hundred people enjoyed glorious sunshine, fabulous food from around the world, cheery company and some excellent international entertainment at the social event organised by Living in Harmony and North Edinburgh Timebank.
The community event was completely sold out, which meant disappointment for some local folk who turned up on the night hoping to pay at the door. To have let you in would have breached fire regulations, so next time round book your place nice and early so you don’t miss out!
Congratulations to the organisers, the volunteers and the performers who worked so hard to make the BBQ such a success.
